Travel with the Napa Chamber in 2018

The Napa Chamber of Commerce is collaborating with Chamber Explorations to provide two great trips — one domestic and one international — scheduled for fall 2018.

Check out the beautiful seasonal colors and lighthouses of the Great Lakes from Sept. 20-29.

The tour includes stops to Chicago (two nights), Mackinac Island (two nights), Green Bay, Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and more.

We will also be heading to Venice and the Italian Lakes from Oct. 16-25. Venice (three nights), Lake Como (four nights), Verona, Milan, Bellagio and Lugano, Switzerland are all scheduled stops for this group tour.

Both tours include round-trip airfare, accommodations, most meals, comprehensive sightseeing and a unique opportunity to make new friends!

The great part is that you don’t have to be a member to take advantage of the fantastic discounted pricing offered through the Napa Chamber.

My wife and I –- along with a few of our friends — are planning to take advantage of the Italy excursion and welcome you to join us.

For more information, details and pricing, please contact Philippa Perry at [email protected]. If you have questions and would like to speak in person, please call her directly at 707-254-1145.

Member news and notes:

Cole’s Chop House has agreed to come on board as the presenting sponsor of the 2018 Leads Over Lunch program.

The first edition of the new year will take place on Friday, Feb. 9 from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m., and feature a few award recipients from the upcoming Annual Meeting and Awards.

Shackford’s Kitchen Store has been a longtime NCC member and a successful local downtown business since 1975. The Chamber would like to extend our sincere condolences to John Shackford, who lost his business partner and loving wife of 66 years, after Donna peacefully passed away at home on Dec. 29.

A big ‘thank you’ to Whitney Diver McEvoy, President/CEO of the Yountville Chamber of Commerce and Domaine Chandonfor the amazing collaboration at the recent joint January Business After Hours.

More than 200 attendees from both membership organizations gathered to get the New Year off to a great start of engaging and connecting — Napa Chamber style!

Great time to join and renew:

Member response for our join and renew concert promotions have been very positive, resulting in increased membership totals and opportunities for those new and returning members to enjoy great seats to top Bay Area entertainment events — which have included the world champion Golden State Warriors, Bruno Mars, Barbra Streisand, Garth Brooks, Andrea Bocelli, Tim McGraw/Faith Hill, to name just a few.

If you’re a local business thinking of joining or coming back, simply join us for an upcoming event to speak with other business members, Ambassadors and staff and give us an opportunity to show how we can be supportive and helpful.

Need a little extra incentive?

How about a chance to see Demi Lovato/DJ Khaled, Justin Timberlake, U2, Hall & Oates and Bocelli?

These are just some of the upcoming events new and renewing NCC members will have a chance to win.
