PG&E Recognized by Chamber of Commerce as Large Business of the Year

As a member of the Napa Chamber of Commerce for more than 65 years, PG&E is one of many long-standing local businesses in the Napa Valley community. In 2014, that partnership evolved when a 6.0 earthquake hit Napa residents on Aug. 24. Over the next few days, PG&E crews worked tirelessly to restore power, repair gas leaks and ensure the entire Napa community received safe and reliable gas and electric service.

On Friday (Jan. 23), the Napa Chamber of Commerce recognized PG&E for its unprecedented response during the earthquake with its Large Business of the Year Award. Among more than 200 attendees, including State Senator Lois Wolk, Assemblymember Bill Dodd and Mayor Jill Techel, PG&E expressed gratitude to Napa residents and graciously accepted the prestigious award.
