Napa County officials, Napa CART, and Jameson Animal Rescue Ranch, along with other animal rescue organizations in Napa Valley, have been evaluating disaster response. Much of this evaluation has focused on improving animal outcomes in future disasters through better preparedness of individual animal-owners.
