What is the MemberCast Program?
MemberCast is low cost online audio/video hosting service offered by the Napa Chamber designed to enhance your local business directory listing by offering accompanying audio/video links posted directly in your company’s listing.

How much will this service cost?
MemberCast is very cost effective. The monthly service charge is only $15 for either audio or video, with a three month commitment. The set up is easy once you have your audio/video file ready to go. When you sign up, we will give you more info and support to help your process flow smoothly!

I’m a small business, why would I need this service?
Video creates a level playing field for small businesses. Today, creating compelling video is very accessible to small businesses at a fraction of the cost. But beyond affordable creation, small businesses need the ability to measure and alter their marketing efforts in order to maximize their return. Making a audio spot or creating a video has never been easier... you can hire someone - there are several local experts in the field among your fellow Chamber members, see sidebar below. Or you can produce your own and send us the YouTube embed code or mp3 file.

What if I need to change my audio/video spot?
The MemberCast program is very flexible... it allows for up to three changes per three month commitment.
