Napa Chamber of Commerce Membership Service Committee
This past year as Chair of the NCCMSC has been very informative to me. I know I speak for the dedicated members of this committee as well.
We have called on hundreds of Napa Business owners. It is our hope they will or have renewed their Napa Chamber Membership.
Opportunities and benefits of the Membership Service Committee calls for the committee members and business owners:
Committee members have an opportunity to:
· Speak to business owners we might never speak to in other circumstances
· Encourage business owners to renew their Chamber Membership
· Learn about the business and make referrals
· Learn what is happening in the Napa community from each other
· Learn what is happening in the Napa Chamber from Sherrell Harper
· Exchange business ideas
Business owners have an opportunity to:
· Learn what new programs the Chamber offers
· Gain support from another Business person (the committee caller)
· Exchange business ideas
· Learn how to save money with Napa Chamber membership products
· Learn new networking opportunities
· Have their message carried back to the Chamber
· Volunteer their services as a Chamber Officer or Committee member
· Learn all the wonderful benefits and opportunities on the Chamber website
These are just a few of the benefits and opportunities I have as part of this committee.
It is my hope that 2009 will bring a better outlook for business opportunities in Napa and the surrounding communities. As committee members we have the opportunity to be the voice for some of the business owners belonging to the Napa Chamber of Commerce.
My goal as Chair for 2009 will be:
· to have a dedicated committee pledging to:
· make their calls each month
· attend each meeting
· share their findings and ideas
· support the Napa Chamber of Commerce at every opportunity
