A great place to see historic olive crushing and pressing equipment. Although production was relocated to the Upper Sacramento Valley approximately 30 years ago, olive oil continues to be bottled from the same historic building where the olives were pressed and oil was processed for over three decades. The old stone wheel crusher and hydraulic press has been converted to display areas for a wide variety of deli foods sold at the facility. The original store in St. Helena was established in 1931 and has been owned and operated by the Particelli and Lucchesi Family since the early 60’s. Now employing the 3rd Generation.
